Chapter 3: Weapons Stolen

Angeleva and Safari charged at Rebel, their remaining strength fueling one final attack.

But it was useless.

Rebel merely laughed, dodging their feeble strikes with ease.

With a flick of his wrist, a shockwave of dark energy blasted them back.

Safari coughed blood. Angeleva collapsed to her knees.

They detransformed, mostly of exhaustion from a week of endless battle.

Rebel smirked.

"How pitiful. The so-called Celestic Warriors, reduced to nothing."

He stepped forward, grabbing the Celestic Fairy Wand and Celestic Devil Hammer from them without them realizing.

"These weapons belong to Lord Raven now."

With a snap of his fingers, dark chains wrapped around their bodies, sealing their movements.

"You two look way too pathetic to be executed. I changed my plans, may as well leave you like this. Can't waste my energy on already broken rulers."

And with that, Rebel vanished into the darkness, taking their weapons to—

The hellish planet Satan-a place where no light existed.

At its center stood the Eerie Demon Castle, where Demon King Raven sat upon his throne.

His body radiated pure terror, his demonic wings spread wide, and his eyes burned like crimson fire.

Rebel knelt before him.

"My Lord, I bring you their weapons."

Raven grinned.

"Excellent."

With a wave of his clawed hand, he gestured toward the massive pentagon at the center of the room.

"Place them here. Let the ritual begin."

Rebel obeyed, setting the Celestic Wand and Hammer within the pentagon's core.

Instantly, a dark aura engulfed the room, shadows swirling violently.

Raven rose from his throne.

"In six days, their powers will be absorbed into me. And then... the universe shall kneel before my might!"

His deep laughter echoed through the castle, sending shivers through Rebel's spine.

Two hours later...

Angeleva and Safari woke up-lying on the very planet where their battle had taken place. Their weapons... were gone. Angeleva sat up in shock. "My wand-!" Safari clenched his fists. "My hammer-!" Safari turned toward Angeleva, his rage boiling over. "This is all your fault! If you hadn't come to my planet in the first place, none of this would've happened!" Angeleva snapped back. "ME?! You attacked my planet first, you mosshead devil! You're the reason we're in this mess!" Safari growled. "Mosshead?! Don't insult me, you pink haired fairy freak!" Angeleva crossed her arms. "Then stop being an idiot!" The two of them quarreled, yelling at each other like children. But deep down... They both knew the truth. And now... they had only six days before Raven would become unstoppable. Time was running out. Angeleva and Safari sat in silence, both exhausted and frustrated. Then— Angeleva smirked, flipping her hair. "Why would a demon steal your weapon? You're already a demon, aren't you?" Safari growled, offended. "I'm NOT a demon! I'm a devil! There's a difference!" Angeleva raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? What's the difference, mosshead?" Safari sighed, annoyed. "Demons kill and destroy without reason. I fight for dominance and survival. My ways may be harsh, but I don't harm people for no reason." Angeleva rolled her eyes. "Whatever helps you sleep at night." But deep down, she found his words interesting. So he wasn't just a mindless monster... Still, that didn't change the fact that they needed their weapons back. But why did Raven need them? Neither of them knew. After a lot of thinking, Angeleva smirked as she finally got a plan. If brute strength wasn't going to work, maybe my other skills would. She walked toward Safari with a sweet, charming expression. "Heyyy~" she purred, tilting her head cutely. Safari raised an eyebrow. "...What are you doing?" Angeleva placed her hands on his shoulders, leaning in close. "You know, you're strong, you're tough, and..." she traced her finger along his chest, "...you'd be even stronger if we worked together~" Safari deadpanned. Then, without warning- "GET OFF ME!" Safari yelled, shoving her away. Angeleva stumbled back, shocked. "W-What?!" Safari's face was red with anger. "I'm NOT like those weaklings who fall for your tricks!" Angeleva pouted. "Ugh, you're the worst." Safari crossed his arms. "You really thought you could manipulate me? Please. You'd have a better chance fighting me head-on." Angeleva huffed, turning away. "Fine, whatever. Let's just focus on getting our weapons back." But despite her annoyance, deep down, she was a little... shocked. No one had ever resisted her charms before. After their little quarrel, both of them agreed on one thing- They didn't want to work together. Angeleva flipped her hair. "I'm going on my own. I don't need a mossheaded devil slowing me down." Safari scoffed. "Good. I don't want a whiny fairy distracting me." And with that, they parted ways. Angeleva flew off gracefully into space, while Safari boarded his spaceship and blasted off. There was just one small problem. Neither of them... actually knew how to get to Planet Satan. Angeleva landed on a small trading planet, approaching a merchant. "Excuse me, kind sir~ Can you point me to Planet Satan?" she asked with a cute smile. The merchant's face turned pale. "W-WHAT?! Why would you want to go there?!" Angeleva pouted. "Ugh, just tell me." The merchant fainted on the spot. Meanwhile, Safari landed on another planet and grabbed a terrified alien by the collar. "Where's Planet Satan?" he growled. The alien trembled. "Y-You can't go there! Demon King Raven will k-kill you!" Safari smirked. "Just tell me." The alien passed out from fear. Angeleva and Safari both sighed. Why was everyone so scared? They didn't care. They were getting their weapons back-no matter what. Angeleva and Safari, despite their differences, had one thing in common-they were both determined to retrieve their weapons.
