As soon as Safari and Angeleva grabbed their weapons, a surge of energy engulfed them transforming them.
Their auras flared, breaking through the dark energy of the ritual.
Rebel's eyes widened in shock as he stood back up recovering from the impact.
Rebel: "Impossible! The ritual should've bound you to Raven's will!"
Angeleva smirked, spinning her wand.
Angeleva: "Guess you underestimated a fairy's instincts."
Safari cracked his knuckles, his devilish aura surging.
Safari: "And a devil's brute force."
Safari glared at Rebel, his Sap-Green Warrior form glowing with raw power.
With a thunderous roar, he charged at him, swinging his Celestic Hammer.
BOOM!
The sheer force sent shockwaves through the battlefield.
Rebel barely blocked, his arms trembling from the impact.
Rebel: "W-What the-?!"
Safari (grinning): "Not so cocky now, huh?"
Angeleva (crossing her arms, her Pink Warrior suit sparkling): "Hey! That's not fair! We're in an alliance, remember?"
Safari kept attacking, ignoring her.
Angeleva pouted and floated beside him.
Angeleva: "So I guess I was just a tool to get your weapon back?"
Safari scoffed.
Safari: "Tch. I did the heavy lifting."
Angeleva fluttered around him with a sly smile.
Angeleva: "Oh, really? Who was it that figured out how to break the ritual?"
Safari paused.
Angeleva leaned closer, batting her eyelashes.
Angeleva: "C'mon, dear respected, proud devil warrior. Let me have some fun too."
Safari sighed in irritation.
Safari: "Fine. One hit. Don't get greedy."
Angeleva beamed and spun her wand, unleashing a wave of pink fairy energy.
Rebel stumbled, barely keeping his footing.
Angeleva: "That was fun! Let me go again."
Safari growled.
Safari: "I said one!"
Angeleva ignored him and charged alongside him.
Both of them leapt at Rebel at the same time channeling their power into their respective finishers.
Rebel's eyes filled with terror.
Rebel: "Wait-!"
BOOOOOM!
Their finishers struck with overwhelming force, sending Rebel crashing through mountains, ruins(if it is even called that in Planet Satan) and straight into the ground.
A deep crater formed where he landed, smoke rising from the devastation.
Angeleva landed gracefully, dusting herself off.
Safari cracked his neck.
Safari: "Overkill much?"
Angeleva winked.
Angeleva: "You started it."
They both went near the crater only to find Rebel's head being intact as it was the toughest part of his body.
The rest of his body had been reduced to pieces as a result of the overkill.
Safari(lifting the head): "Guess I will take his head as memento. By the way, I am not sharing even a single fragment of my prey."
Angeleva:"Well! Sorry to say but we fairies are not interested in such stupid memento stuff. We only care about justice. Anyways, good luck taking care of your so-called prey."
Safari(annoyed): "We definitely don't get along. So, it's better we split up or I will be forced to waste my energy killing you for a stupid reason."
Angeleva: "As if you can kill! Rather it will just turn out to be another week long battle. No thanks, I am not really in the mood for such a stupid waste of time."
The feud continued but after sometime they were fed up.
An awkward silence lingered between them.
Angeleva (stretching): "I guess it's time to go our separate ways."
Safari (grunting): "Yeah. This so-called alliance was temporary anyway."
Angeleva smirked.
Angeleva: "Right. We were never meant to work together in the first place."
Safari turned toward his spaceship without another word carrying the memento.
Safari: "That's it. I never wanna see that fairy again."
He grumbled, setting his spaceship's course in the opposite direction.
Meanwhile, Angeleva sighed in relief as she flew.
Angeleva: "Finally! That mossheaded devil was getting annoying."

Back in the ritual room, Raven entered with a confident smirk after waking up from his sleep.
He was ready to absorb the power of the Celestic weapons.
Raven: "Hahaha... Soon, I will become the ultimate ruler-"
Then he stopped.
His eyes widened in disbelief.
The pentagon was empty.
The ritual was ruined.
Rebel was nowhere to be found but his body was lying in the crater in tiny pieces.
Raven noticed it.
The entire room fell silent.
And then-
Raven's fury erupted.
A massive shockwave tore through his castle.
BOOM!
Demonic energy cracked the walls as he roared in uncontrollable rage.
Raven: "WHO DARES TO DEFY ME?!"
His eyes glowed crimson as he extended his demonic senses.
Then he felt it.
The Celestic energy-still active-was moving far away from his castle.
He turned towards the sky.
Raven: "...You two... still alive and trudge in my territory?"
His claws twitched.
A deadly smirk formed on his face.
Raven: "Not for long."
Safari's spaceship was speeding away.
Angeleva was soaring through space.
Then-
BOOM!
A black demonic blast ripped through the void.
Safari barely had time to react before-
KABOOOOOM!
His spaceship exploded into a massive fireball.
Angeleva turned her head too late.
Another blast struck her directly.
Her entire body was engulfed in the dark blast.
For a moment, her silhouette flickered then vanished.
The universe fell silent.
Demon King Raven sneered.
Raven: "Pathetic."
He crossed his arms, watching the debris of Safari's ship drift through space.
Not a single trace of life remained.
He laughed.
Raven: "Did you truly think you could escape?"
The Celestic weapons were strong, but without their wielders, they were nothing.
Satisfied, he turned back towards his castle.
Raven: "Now, I can at least make sure no one dares stand against me. I don't really care about their toys anymore. I am enough to be the strongest in the universe..."
Raven burst into a cruel, prideful, evil laughter.
After that, he stood tall, arms crossed, gazing at the vast emptiness of space.
The explosion's aftershocks faded, and all that remained were floating debris and silence.
Raven: "Hmph. That's what happens when you stand against me."
He let out a deep breath.
With one final smirk, Raven turned away and went back to his castle.
